How is this tour different from others in the city? Ever wonder about that creepy house that sits off by itself, as if shrouded from modern touch? Or the way on certain nights, at unpredictable times, the hair will stand up on the back of your neck as you pass that old building? What about all those old cemeteries with the crumbling gravestones -- you know, that one you look at only out of the corner of your eye? On the Ghost Tour of Philadelphia, you come face to face with the stories behind those old buildings and spooky cemeteries, as we weave together haunting tales with the history of the sites. What's more, the haunted tales we share are not only those of long ago, but also those experienced now. (Perhaps at the very moment your eye wanders from the tour guide up to the darkened window in time to see a disembodied face peering back down at you!) All of the sites we stop at are documented historic sites, and the tour route and stories find their counterpart in the recently published Ghost Stories of Philadelphia, PA. Our costumed guides are accomplished storytellers, and coupled with our ten years of experience, the Ghost Tour of Philadelphia ensures a hauntingly good time for all ages!
