Both locations are colonial-era towns with rich histories, with Lancaster being the larger of the two. It is approximately nine miles away from Strasburg. Both tours visit eight to 10 haunted locations and include visits to historic cemeteries. The Strasburg Ghost Tour runs Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm with additional tour times added as needed, while the Lancaster Ghost Tour runs every evening at 8:00 pm.

Where do the tours begin? Strasburg: Mrs. Penn's Shoppe at 2 W. Main Street, Strasburg, PA 17579 (at the intersection of Routes 896 & 741). Lancaster: Soldiers and Sailors Monument at the intersection of King and Queen Streets in Lancaster, PA 17603.
What time should we get there? Arrive 15 minutes before tour time.
How much walking is involved? Strasburg: The tour covers a six block area and is less than a mile of walking. Lancaster: The tour covers an eight block area and is less than a mile of walking.
What should we wear? Wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
What happens if it rains? We make every attempt to conduct the tours; therefore, we do go in the rain. (So bring an umbrella!) If weather conditions become severe, the tour may be cancelled. This decision is typically made at tour time. Cancelled tours may be rescheduled or refunded.
